Hi fellow wealth-seekers!

I am writing this late in the evening at my NationWide Mortgage office after moving half a dozen investment loans forward during a long day today. What a Monday it was. But I am still energized by the great results my clients are getting and by the contribution I have been able to make to their investment profits. I love this work. It's all about leverage, finding ways to maximize LTV and to minimize payments -- so the minimum amount of cash generates the maximum amount of return.

Observing these investors at work, looking at their financials day-to-day, month after month, I can tell you from first-hand experience, my leading clients are making rates of return that are unheard of in the stock market, and doing it consistently.

Without giving away proprietary information, I plan in this blog to be able to share with you the secrets that have made my leading real estate investment clients so successful.
