Streamlined loans available for investors

In my experience, investors are most annoyed by the need to prove income and source of income, or they have to accept rate adjustments for stated or no-doc loans. In the effort to increase business with investors, we have established relationships with wholesale lenders that offer stream-lined loans for stated-income investors. These are available to investors with A credit and no recent mortgage lates. Investors who qualify are treated to full-doc rates with no verification of income.
